Who is the best point guard in basketball? We all have our own choice as to who that is. There is no unanimous choice when that particular question is asked. He has been named an NBA All-Star the last four seasons, led his New Orleans Hornets to the playoffs for the first time in team history, and has solidified himself as one of the best point guards in the NBA. One of the newest Jordan shoes that Paul will be rocking on the hardwood just might be his best. The new shoe that has just dropped is the new Jordan CP 2′Quick. The Jordan CP 2′Quick was designed with Paul’s quick, slashing game in mind. Chris Paul’s game is one that includes perpetual quick cuts and sudden change of direction. To provide the ultimate in stability to compensate for Paul’s game, this new shoe uses an external TPU heel wrap unit. In addition, a dual-density midsole is also used to create an increased level of stability. The upper of the shoe features a mesh upper that is extremely form fitting and allows for breathability and a smooth, comfortable ride. All of these innovative design elements make this one of the best new high performance low-cut basketball shoes.

One of the newest colorways of this shoe that has recently dropped is as flashy as Chris Paul’s game. This pair of Jordan CP 2′Quick’s is now available in a sick Black/Sunstone/Orion Blue colorway. Taking cues from Paul’s New Orleans Hornets team, the shoe’s upper is primarily Black and comes complete with patent leather. Orion Blue takes care of the midsole, heel cage, inner lining, and the solid rubber outsole. Sunstone is used on the Jumpman logo, CP branding on the tongue, and accents on the lacing system. This is one slick looking shoe in both design and color.
And no player in the NBA is better suited for the CP 2′Quick than man who the shoe is made for. The speed and quickness with which Chris Paul plays the game absolutely requires a low-cut, high performance basketball shoe. And this shoe is as good as it gets. Recently seen at a charity game rocking the new CP3.V, another low-cut shoe in his signature sneaker line, it is apparent that Paul is chomping at the bit to rock this new pair of low-cut kicks in a NBA regular season game. In fact, between the CP3.V and this new CP 2′Quick, Paul has the best line of low-cut Jordan shoes for basketball available in the marketplace. However with the end of the NBA lockout nowhere in sight, we may not see Paul rock these shoes on the court anytime soon. That doesn’t mean you can’t.
